A car pulls up outside of a large green field. Out of it steps a tall man and woman. The woman was a rabbit dressed in dark clothes, almost Gothic looking. The man was a tall, middle aged black furred feline dressed in camo. One of them goes to the back of the car, letting out a young child that looks a lot like the father, but dressed in a light blue dress with some pink striped shorts, looking around the age of 5 to 6.
"Come on Jooters," the woman said with a bit of baby talk to her voice. "Wanna help us set up the hunt? You can set some eggs out!"
Jooters nods, rushing to the car's trunk as his father opens it up for him to grab a big basket of eggs and runs out to the field as the rabbit woman grabs a camera. An egg falls out as he's running, causing him to crouch down and grab it right as his mother snaps a photo.

Joot's face blushes.
"Mooomyyy!" Jooters whines.
His mother gives a little laugh. "Sorry, hon, you just look so cute in your outfit today!"
Jootes stands back up and continues setting up as another car pulls up, a little less fancy. Out steps a suit wearing Jolteon with a laptop under his arm, and out from the backseat steps an eevee clad in a tank top and shorts that looks a little bit younger than Jooters.
"JOOOOOTEEERRRS!!!" The eevee shouts as he launches towards Joot with his arms outstretched for a hug.
The jolteon laughs a bit and waves to the two other adults.
"Hey Amy, hey Adam." He said. "Thank you again for inviting us, Axel was so excited to be here."
Joot's mother, Amy, nods. "Of course, Cole! We're happy to have you here."
Joot's father, Adam, begins to set up some lawn chairs and pull out two coolers, one red and one blue. He brought a lot, this is an open egg hunt after all.
"You brought your work stuff?" Adam asks.
Cole nods, a little shamefully. "Yeah. I've been needing to get some more work in..."
Adam claps his hand on Cole's shoulder. "Come on! Relax a little! Have some fun today."
Adam moves back over to the coolers and opens the blue one a little, revealing various alcohol cans.
"These can help you out, if you'd like..." Adam says, a bit quietly. He puts a finger to his lips as if to say 'shh'.
Cole's eyes open a little wider and he shakes his head, but doesn't seem all that against it in reality.
Amy shakes her head. "Adam! Come on, at least put a sign on it so the kids don't get into it."
Amy moves back to the car, taking out a notebook and tearing out a page. She writes on it in pen, "Adults Only!!" Before taping it to the cooler.
"Now, how about we help Jooters with those eggs?"
Amy looks back towards Jooters only to see him playing with Axel instead of setting out eggs. She sighs and smiles before moving to pick up where he left off, Adam and Cole following behind.

Fumizuki had arrived at the event after convincing Drael that it would be a fun time. She made a happy noise upon seeing her friend Jooters. "Hi fwend!" She waved excitedly as she headed over to join Jooters and Axel.

He walked behind Fumizuki.

Jooters looked over to Fumizuki and smiled.
"Hey Fumi!" He said, waving. He reached down and pulled on his skirt. "Like my dress? I think it's pretty!"
"FUMIII!" Axel said, bolting over to Fumizuki with his arms outstretched. "We're playing tag! But Joot is trying to take it easy because his mommy doesn't want him staining his new clothes."

"Is nice." Fumizuki answered simply as she joined Jooters and Axel. "This is gonna be a fun little event, right?"

Jooters tilted his head in confusion.
"Yeah? I think so." He said, a little confused. "Why do you ask?"

"Just cuweeus." Fumizuki answers. "I've never done one of these before."

(The following is a past version of Azumi and Ren, where latter was merely a child. This is in order to fit in with the setting. As such, she has only just met familiar characters such as Drael and Jooters and does not remember what her present version does... if she would ever recall this happening. Seriously, that fox is stoopid)

Azumi often visited this very field to have a weekly picnic with her shy summoner, Ren. He was unlike other children, which worried her alot. He was quiet and often unwilling to make friends due to remaining fearful of anyone that isn't Azumi.

Much to her surprise, the fox spirit did not expect more people to come to this part of their town. It was a secluded place she thought none would ever think of visiting. Perhaps they were neighbors, she thought to herself.

Ren was already shaking nervously, hugging his motherly familiar's tails, a favorite coping mechanism of his, much to Azumi's dismay.

"Dear..." Azumi said gently but firmly "Those are likely neighbors, please do not think ill of them"

"Azumi... people are scary..." Ren said softly

"I know my dear, but would it hurt to make friends?"

Ren was persistent, shaking his head no. Though, it was not as if Azumi was out of options.

"Aww, I was thinking that if you made friends today, I would treat my sweet boy to bubblegum icecream after..." She pouted.

She knew that was enough to bribe him. So, together they walked to where Jooters and Fumizuki where and Azumi introduce her summoner to the two.

"Hello, dearies!" Azumi smiled "This is my summoner, Ren! I would appreciate it if you became friends with him!"

Little Ren was dumbfounded by her blunt declaration

"Azumi..." he groaned

But all the fox spirit did was giggle.

Amy and Adam wave to Azumi.
"Ah, came for the Easter hunt?" Amy said with a little laugh.
"Where are your parents?" Adam said, looking at the two confused. He seems to think that Azumi is a child.

Jooters waved to Azumi and Ren.
"Hi!" He said. "I'm Jooters! Wanna play with us? The eggs aren't all set up yet, so we're playing while we wait!"
Axel butts into the conversation, saying. "Just make sure not to be too rough, Joot's dress is new!"

"Hewwo new fwends." Fumizuki waves to Azumi and Ren, excited to have more people join the easter egg hunt. "This will be a fun event, I think."

Lizbeth hurries by, she’s late, as usual. No car, no vehicle, the doe is in hooves. Dressed in her usual linen outfit, she carries a pouch.

“Oh gosh, I’m late again, Jooters asked me to be there when the sun rises, no it’s almost fully visible.”
Lizbeth sometimes cares about that young feline and wouldn’t miss the Easter egg hunt, especially as she’s asked to come.
Finally there she can see some kids playing and in the middle that black kitten in a lovely dress.
She waves, she hasn’t missed a lot. The doe says Hello to Amy and Adam, “Sorry I’m a bit late, but they haven’t started yet, I hope.”.

Before Amy and Adam could reply, Jooters suddenly stops his play with the other kids and runs over to Lizbeth excitedly.
"HIIIIIII!!!" He exclaimed as he held his arms out for a hug.
Axel just kinda stood there confused, leaning over to the other two children and whispering "Who's she...?.
Amy lets out a small laugh.
"Well, looks like someone's excited to see you!" She said.
Adam shook his head. "Nah, they haven't started yet. We plan to soon, though."

"Gweetings new fwend." Fumizuki waves to Lizbeth. "Looks like you and Jooters know each other."

Tony would arrive in a black car, coming out of the back. He had come with an Uber. As Tony walked over excitedly, the car drove away.
"Hey everyone! 'ey Jooters! I'm here as you asked me to. Hey, Mister and Miss Blaccat, it's nice to see you both! I hope I'm not late, took me a while to get here, couldn't find anyone willing to give me a ride." He had walked over to shake hands with them and to give a hug to Jooters. "Hey there, Lizbeth! Expected to see you here."
Tony smiled, his tail wagging. He never went to many social events.

Lizbeth grins and shrugs slightly to Adam, opens her arms and walks towards Jooters, before she hocks down welcoming that cat.
“Hey my Jooters, I’m so happy to be here, just in time. Aunty Lizbeth is always a bit muddled, but I didn’t forget. You look good in that outfit.” While hugging she waves with one hand to Fumizuki and nods, but the excited Jooters wagged his fluffy tail onto her muzzle and this makes her laugh. She likes this feline so much.
She even sees Tony arrive and wonders.
As soon as Jooters returns to the other kids, Lizbeth turns towards Fumizuki and Tony.
She nods to the eastern girl “I’m kind of daycare sometimes for Jooters, it’s an adorable kid”, then with a surprised look she turns to Tony, “I’d never expect you here too, what a surprise. I did not bring some tea this time. Oh I went to the bank, all alone and well made an account, can you imagine?” she giggles softly, her tail flicking up and down, as if she were sitting on one of Tony’s Bar stools.
“Hi Amy, Adam, sorry, but it’s Jooters, you know. I made some of my cookies in egg form, he might like them.”

Lizbeth looks again at the playing kids, she adores them all, even if she doesn’t know everyone.

Luke and Todd were running late. They went to Mass, but they needed to go home and change. Luke was wearing a gray shirt with "USAF" on the front and blue jeans, and the doctor wore the same.

"Heya mister Tony!" Jooters said with a smile and a wave as he accepts his hug. "Like my dress?"
Axel tilts his head in confusion again. So many new people...
"Ah! Tony!" Adam said as he noticed him. "Come on! We got some drinks over here!"

Amy nods to Lizbeth. "Aww! He'd definitely like those!"
"Might have to steal some, hehe!" Adam joked.

"Hi Luke!" Jooters said as he now waved to Luke. So many of his friends are coming today!

Cole let out a sigh as he moved to rejoin the company of everyone else.
"Alright, set up a good amount of eggs out there." He said with a smile. He seems a lot more relaxed now. "Who's ready to hunt for some candy?"
Jooters and Axel immediately leapt up.
"MEMEMEMEMEMEME!" They both exclaimed as they grabbed their easter egg baskets and rushed out into the field.
