Arien found a shovel and then looked around the house, wondering where to start. It wasn't soo bad. It was just going to take a while if he did it by himself. He frowned. If only he could be sure that his brothers would help...but he couldn't be sure. And they probably wouldn't.

He began with the front door and the first room. Shoveling dirt was easy enough, if hard work. Everything else could wait until the dirt was moved.

Nex decided to help Arien and started digging in the dirt. He pushed it out the door and kept digging, helping Arien out by doing the main room and kitchen.
Sunset came quickly and Red woke up several minutes after from Neo nudging her.
"Red. Arien needs some help in the house," he said softly.

Red was up in a minute and thanked Neo. Grabbing a shovel, she was in the house in a minute. The kitchen was still not touched. So Red slipped into the kitchen quietly and started shoveling.
Neo went out hunting and came back with four rabbits and a squirrel. He set a rabbit down at Bella's feet.

Bella wagged her tail as she looked down at the rabbit and then picked it up, carrying it into the house.

Arien had cleared the floor of excess dirt by the time Bella came in and was taking a short break, when he saw Bella. She dropped the rabbit into his lap and he grinned down at her. "Aww, thanks, Bella. For me?" He stretched with a sigh and the heard the sounds of someone working in kitchen. He peeked in to find Red.

"Oh, there you are. Hungry?" He held up the rabbit. "You've made good progress," he said, taking a look around.

Red smiled and leaned on the shovel. "Im starving and thanks," she replied happily.
Setting down the shovel, she went over to Arien and kissed him softly.

Nex made a yuck face and went outside, nudging Bella to follow him.

Arien wrapped his hand around Red's waist, pulling her closer to prolong the kiss. And then he grinned at her. "Let's get a fire going and then maybe we can finish the rest of this in the morning."

He went outside to be greeted with more of Nex's hunt. "Huh, guess you guys were busy after all."

Within a few minutes he had a fire started and the meat was beginning to cook.

Red smiled and brushed her thumb along cheek lightly then followed him outside.
"Good job Neo," she complimented.

Sitting next to him, she leaned on Arien and put her head on his shoulder.

He wrapped his arm around her to keep her close and watched the meat cook. But his eyes grew heavy and he was asleep before he even realized the meat was beginning to burn.

Bella snuck forward to nudge him.

Red was still awake and she squirmed out of his hold. Taking the meat off the fire, she leaned down and kissed his cheek.
"Wake up Arien. Foods ready," Red murmured.

He blinked his eyes open sleepily. "Huh, what? Oh! The food's not burned is it?"

But he had to admit, seeing Red's face when he opened his eyes made him smile a little. Even if the meat was burnt, he'd be content just to look at Red all night. He hid a yawn behind his hand. "Thanks for all your hard work."

"Nah i saved it," Red replied softly with a smile.
Leaning down, Red kissed him gently and brushed her thumb along his cheek.

Nex walked over and grabbed a few pieces of the rabbit. He quickly brought them back over to Bella and purred softly.

Arien couldn't have cared less about the meat. He leaned into Red's touch though, closing his eyes again. "Mmm, with you I could go a day without eating."

Bella swiped her tongue over Nex's face before devouring half of the food and looking at Nex to see if he was going to eat.

Red smiled and kisseed Arien again. "Thank you Arien for that wonderful compliment," she murmured.
Brushing her thumb again across his cheek, she reluctantly pulled away and sat up.

Nex purred and settled down next to Bella. He ate the other pardt of the rabbit pieces and chewed on a bone that he brought over.

Arien smiled and then ate a little. He really wasn't all that hungry despite all the work he'd done earlier. "Well, I'd say in another day or two we'll be done cleaning out the rooms. We can decide how and where to build the other room after that."

He pulled his knees up to his chest and leaned his head against them with a sigh. He was beat.

Bella listened to Nex crunching bone, but was content simply to roll onto her side and heave a sigh.

Red looked at him and saw how exhausted he was. Getting up, she grabbed a pillow and blanket for him. Setting them next to Arien, she rubbed his back gently.
"Thank you Arien," she whispered and smiled.

When Nex finished with the bone, he moved closer to Bella and licked her side softly.

Arien mustered a smile. "All in a day's work, Red. All in a day's..." he yawned hugely and blushed. "Shall we call it a night?"

Bella wagged her tail and reached over to lick Nex back.

Red smiled and kissed Arien's cheek. "Im good with that," she murmured and layed back.

Nex purred and put his head on Bella's side.

When morning dawned, Arien stirred a little and felt Red beside him. He smiled to himself, feeling comfortable, before remembering the housework. And this was only the beginning. Quietly he leaned over to kiss Red and then began to get himself ready for more cleaning.

Bella had slept soundly and so she was awake and full of energy today. She tore up the dirt as she pranced around, before nudging Patch to wake him up.

Red woke up when Arien kissed her. Looking up at him sleepily, she rubbed her eyes and sat up.
"Morning already?" she murmured still half asleep.

Nex had woken up a little bit before Bella to go hunting. Padding out of the bushes, two rabbits and a squirrel swung from his jaws. The rabbits were pretty good in size and the squirrel was fat as well. The leaves from the trees and bushes had started to litter the ground, signaling that winter was coming.
Trotting over to the fire spot, Nex sat down one of the rabbits then went over to Neo and put down the other one.
Patch woke up to Bella nudging him and he stretched before puffing out his fur in order to block out the cold chill in the air. He jumped when a large squirrel landed next to him then meowed his thanks to Nex.

"Yep, but I won't mind if you sleep in." He smiled at her. "I'll go get breakfast ready."

He stepped outside to be greeted by a rabbit near the fire. "Huh. I guess sometimes food does fall from the sky." He shook his head and looked for Bella. She pounced at him from behind, knocking him briefly forward. "Easy girl," he murmured with a laugh.

He started roasting the rabbit and then stretched and found a coil of rope. "I think we need something other than rabbit. Perhaps, a deer or something." He looked at Bella. "Stay, Bella." She sat and wagged her tail in the dirt, watching him go.

As soon as Arien said she could sleep in, Red flopped backwards and fell back asleep. This pregnancy was really taking its toll on her. Though she had only worked an hour or two, it feel like she had been working all day.
Red needed to tell Arien thank you later. He was the one who was doing most of the work.

Nex watched Arien leave and trotted over to Bella. Quietly, he snuck up behind her and gently toppled her over.
