Apparently there's a brewery somewhere in New York that does a number of D&D themed brews, including a Space Hamster-themed IPA, but I don't think that's this. :P

On the other hand, I remember reading a review for Columbus Day some time ago, which had a hamster people.
Forgotten Realms has giant space hamsters, and there are some relevant side characters in various D&D-and-D&D-related-media that involve space hamsters (like Baldur's Gate!).
I also just learned that Gnomes have something called spaham. It's made of space hamster meat. Yikes. The world of Krynn is even more magnificently weird than I last remember.

However. The term 'magnificent' and the cracked can are a little... specific, but they're not very familiar details to me, so I was thinking maaaybe D&D podcast? But I don't know which one. Do any popular TTRPG shows or casts feature \\
~~Magnificence~~, or canned beverages, as a focal highlight? XD

Edit: ooh, apparently Mordenkainen (of Mordenkainen's *Magnificent* Mansion) is attributed with the creation of giant space hamsters! Looking more into Spelljammer again brb

I'm thinking it's this fellow.
Oh, your guy does appear in books 1 and 6, so you're probably right :o

Congrats on solving this symbol! The answer was "Lester Cornhut".

For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation. :)
Darth_Angelus, designer of this riddle wrote:
Lester Cornhut is the mayor of Teskor, a small village on the planet Gehtanu (known as Paradise to humans). A member of the hamster like Ruhar species, he is also a farmer and once the humans stranded on the planet have integrated into Ruhar society, he works with one of the United Nations Expeditionary Force soldiers, Pete Sanchez to produce Lester Cornhut's Paradise Pale Ale. A drink specially designed so that both species can enjoy it. Lester appears in Book 1 and Book 6 of the Expeditionary Force series by Craig Alanson.
